Important Info!

Details on Details

One of the first things I get to do on the wedding day is take pictures of your details! To speed up the process, I ask that you have all of these gathered before I arrive so that I can jump right in!

Ideas for pictures include:

Shoes, rings, earrings, bracelets, watches, cufflinks, tie/bowtie, perfume, cologne, invitations, hairclips/crowns, flowers, vows, garter, hangers

Final thoughts:

Fed Photographer = Happy Photographer!

During the dinner portion of the day
(if that is something you are doing at your wedding) it is important that I,

1. Get a meal :)

2. Eat while the bridal party is eating so that
I am not eating when toasts start or cake cutting happens! Venues sometimes feed vendors last, when we need to be prepared for the next thing!

3. Eat inside where everyone is eating so I don’t miss anything, in case something happens

4. In addition to my meal, if you have
a second shooter included/or coming with me they need a meal as well!

Final Thoughts continued:

Please make sure to share with me:

ANY rules that your ceremony location might have. This could include rules about when to be in the isle way, rules about using a flash, or any religious components.

Any inspiration you have. This could be sharing your Pinterest page with me (@qkokko), or sending me images of poses you like, anything at all! The more you share a vision with me the more I can bring it to life!

Next Steps!

  1. Please make sure I have your most recent family shot list.

  2. Sit back and relax! We are almost ready for your big day!
